“Maulik” means “authentic” or “original” in Nepali, and that’s exactly what we strive for in every dish. From our traditional gundruk and sel roti to our carefully crafted thakali thali, we ensure every recipe holds the spirit of Nepal’s diverse culinary heritage.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. All our spices are hand-ground, our ingredients locally sourced, and our chefs trained in the art of traditional Nepali cooking. Whether you’re dining in or ordering online, we want you to feel like you’re right at Aama’s bhanchhaghar (mother’s kitchen).
